Clirass Limited Warranty

Clirass provides an 18-month limited warranty on all Clirass bidet toilet seats and related products.

Customers who register their product on Clirass.com within 30 days of purchase will receive an additional 6-month extended warranty, for a total of 24 months of coverage.

This warranty applies to Clirass products purchased through Amazon or authorized sales channels.


A. Applicability

This limited warranty applies to Clirass products purchased for personal household use.

It is valid for products purchased from:

  • Amazon official listings

  • Clirass.com

  • Authorized Clirass retailers

This warranty does not apply to products purchased for commercial use (such as hotels, offices, or rental properties).


B. Who Is Covered

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only while the product is owned by the original buyer.


C. Warranty Coverage

Clirass warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for:

  • 18 months from the delivery date, or

  • 24 months if product registration is completed on Clirass.com

During the warranty period, Clirass will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the defective product or component, or

  • Provide an equivalent replacement

This warranty covers defects that occur under normal intended use in home environments.


D. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Comfort preference or subjective dissatisfaction

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation

  • Physical damage including burns, cuts, cracks, stains, or liquid intrusion

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair

  • Commercial use (hotels, offices, shops, or rental properties)

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Issues caused by improper water pressure or plumbing conditions

Clirass is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.


E. Your Responsibilities

To make a warranty claim, you must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (Amazon order ID or receipt)

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Photos or videos showing the problem

Our team typically responds within 24–48 business hours.

If replacement is approved, Clirass will arrange shipment of the replacement product.

Replacement products are covered under the original warranty period, starting from the original purchase date.
